On November 19th, 110 years ago, Joe Hill was executed by firing squad in Salt Lake City. The eve before his execution, he sat down to write his last will, which was smuggled out his cell on a piece of paper.  Do not mourn, organize. 

Spain! I’m heartbroken to inform you that I have been forced to postpone my Spanish tour. I got ill on the road and although I spent the week fighting it but to no avail. Sadly I have no choice but to call off these shows. I’m of course very disappointed with this, especially since there already was a cancellation a few weeks ago, but my throat is out of order and singing at the moment could be harmful. While I rest and recover we are looking for new dates, and get the show back on the road.

Madrid’s show has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 29th. Tickets purchased remain valid for the new date, with the option of a full refund for those who wish. The event I was scheduled to perform in Oviedo – Perlas Ensagrentadas Vol. 1 – is still going ahead with the rest of the scheduled artists, although those who do not wish to attend can obtain a refund by contacting the venue. I’m working with my Spanish promoters to reschedule this concert for another date, which we will announce as soon as possible.

The show this Saturday in Barcelona with Fata Morgana and Dame Area at Univers Paral·lel is going ahead as planned and tickets for this are also valid for my rescheduled show on the new date Nov 19th at no extra cost.

Ticket holders can also opt for a refund by filling in this form.

I’m truly sorry, it’s very disappointing to us all but I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks, restored to my full strength. Have a happy scary Halloween, stay safe and healthy!

On account of unanticipated logistical concerns, the Tbilisi show has unfortunately been cancelled. I had been looking forward to revisiting and playing Tbilisi, and the cancellation, which was out of my control, was a big disappointment. And to others than myself as well. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. It’s my hope and wish to make another show happen in the future, sooner than later. Tickets refunds will be available through the promotor and ticket seller. Yours truly.

D.S.A. and Night School Records are once more teaming up to release a limited edition 7”: Certe Notti. The record contains the two new songs Un Po’ Più Vicino al Cielo and Il Peggior Bar di Caracas.

The songs were written and recorded in August 2024 in San Giorgio del Sannio, Benevento, during a month long artist residency, made possible thanks to the kind invitation and hospitality of AUNA a.p.s.
